Presenter: Tamara Jacobs, Content Strategist for Reuters Plus Tamara works in Reuters Plus's in-house custom content studio, helping brands develop their stories through multimedia formats and communicate them in an impactful way. Tamara graduated from City University with an MA in Publishing Studies and has worked for over 13 years in digital media. She was a founder member of GGM UK in 2014 and continued as a Trustee until 2019, helping the organisation grow, whilst leading their bi-annual mini-trainings. She remains passionate about female advocacy and storytelling and continues to lead workshops and mini-trainings for GGM UK. What to expect: In today's vast media landscape we are all storytellers. We have the channels, tools and technology to share our messages with the world. But what are those messages? How can they be refined? And how do we choose the best formats and platforms through which to tell them? In GGM UK's second workshop we will focus on honing skills to develop your story. The workshop will encourage interactive learning whilst offering the opportunity for you to get to know other attendees and share your ideas in an open and respectful environment. Who’s it for?
